Shipping Policy
At www.ayusvedawellness., we strive to ensure that your orders reach you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping, delivery times, and related concerns.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- In the event of high order volumes, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and are based on the shipping option you select at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Typically 1-3 business days. 2.3 Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- For orders using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, an additional shipping charge may apply.
- COD orders will be confirmed via a phone call or email before processing.
4. International Shipping
- Currently, we ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Any unforeseen duties or taxes imposed by local customs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the courier service’s website.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Shipping Address
- Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If you realize that you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at ayusveda.in@gmail.com or +91 9947117511. We will do our best to assist you in making changes before the order is processed and shipped.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the courier is unable to deliver it, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- www.ayusvedawellness.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
9. Order Refusal
- If you refuse an order upon delivery, the package will be returned to us. We will process a refund minus any shipping charges incurred.
- If the wrong product is received and you have a video of unboxing, you are eligible for a return, and a refund will be provided.
